Terminalia tomentosa is a tree which grows from 60 to 80 feet.Usually grows near the wetland areas.The tree bears number of bunches of star shaped fruits,it's sprouting leaves will be in copper Color which glitters in sunlight.It contribute a lot to the ground water as it can store a humungous amount of water.

Here am sharing some of the uses:
- Bleeding wound:
In case of wound which is bleeding one can use the peel of krishnatvaka to stop bleeding
Take a small piece of its peel and boil it in water to make a dicaction and let it cool(lukewarm) and wash the wound with this dicaction.The chemical components in the peel helps to stop bleeding and helps in heeling up of the wound
The powder made by krishnatvaka peel can also be used to stop bleeding
Washing the wound regularly with the dicaction made by its peel will help you to get rid of the marks
- Bone fracture:
In case of any bone fractures one can use the krishnatvaka peel paste( lepa) which helps in recovery of bones
- Heartdiseas
Heart patients can also use the peel dication
Take a small piece of the krishnatvaka peel boil it in milk for some time and this will help in improving heart health
- white bleeding in women:
White bleeding and excess red bleeding is common among the women nowadays,this may be due to the stress full life style which causes harmonal imbalance and results in white bleed and excess bleeding in women
