Whatever the generation is,long thick hair never fail to grab attention of people.


Most of the girls will be dreaming to have a long,silky naturally black thick hair.But
because of our food habits and over use of chemical products causes hair to lose its moisture and become dry.Apart from that exposure to pollution plays main role for the hair to lose its moisture and become dry, which results in damaged rough hair.Here am sharing some of the natural ingredients with which one can have a healthy hair.



  • Malabar Spinach:

Malabar Spinach is widely used as a vegetable in southern part of India.As Malabar Spinach is rich in fibre it helps hair to restore moisture and conditions hair naturally.

One can get a silky smooth hair by using this hair pack in a regular manner,


  1.  1/2 cup Malabar Spinach +1/2 cup curry leaves+Aloevera jel(natural).
  2. Make a thick paste.
  3. Gently apply it to scalp and hair strands thoroughly.
  4. Leave it for an hour.
  5. Wash with cold water(do not use shampoo to wash)
For best results apply this pack twice a week.


  • Krishnatvaka or Arjuna leaves

Germinating leaves of krishnatvaka is a best remedy to restore moisture of hair,and to get rid of dandruff.It also helps to control hair fall and promotes hair growth.

To prepare the hair pack

  1. Take 1/2 cup of germinating krishnatvaka leaves
  2. Make a thick paste of it using lemon juice(do not add water).
  3. Apply it to scalp and hair strands thoroughly.
  4. Leave it for 2 hrs .
  5. Wash with Luke warm water(do not use shampoo)
Apply this hair pack once a week for best results.

  • Mandara pushpa:

  1. 10-15 mandara flowers+4-5 Hibiscus flowers
  2. Make a thick paste of it using curd
  3. Gently apply it all over the scalp 
  4. Leave it for an hour.
Wash with lukewarm water.(donot use shampoo).

This helps in controlling hair fall.!!


  • Betel Leaves

Betel Leaves are are also called as Nagavalli(a girl who has a long hair).It  can be used to prevent hair fall and to promote hair growth.


  1. Take 15-20 betel leaveas+1/4 cup Hibiscus leaves+4 spoons of methi (soaked over night)
  2. Make a thick paste using curd
  3. To this paste add 3-4 spoons of pure coconut oil
  4. Gently apply it to scalp,hair strands 
 5.Wash with cold water (do not use       shampoo)

Apply this hair pack once a week will give you  good result.

 Using the above methods one can have a healthy hair.
